Who am I?

Growing up I was raised Baptist Christian. After the birth of my first daughter I started to question everything I ever knew and was taught. After the the birth of my second child this was then amplified tenfold. I am now embracing myself as a spiritual being. Religion is not for me. This is my journey. To my inner being. To learning my soul and what I have to offer. Through that learning I am embracing myself for who I knew to be as a young child. A witchy mama. So really, it's learning to come back home, to myself. I am passionate about natural birth. Eating clean, unprocessed foods. I am here to help others in their journey even if that is just to lend an ear. I have blessings to offer and healing to teach out of my own struggles and hardships that this life has brought me. And you know? I wouldn't change a single one.

The Family:

My husband, Joseph. This man has seen me at my worse and has held my hand the whole way through. The times I thought he was going to throw his hands in the air and say, "That's it! You've lost your mind and I can't take it!" he has instead walked with me. Grown with me and has stepped with me into the unknown and made the leap with me. He believes in me like no one else and I am truly honored to get to spend this life with him. He is one of the most patient and kind souls I have ever known. A gentle and loving father. A man who has had brilliant morals instilled into him that he is now instilling into his own children. Plus, he has a wicked sense of humor. Win.

My little Leena love. An 8  year old little spitfire with such a healing soul. She loves to draw and sing. Make messes and inspect everything. This little nature bug loves digging in the dirt and collecting anything and everything. She was the one that taught me how to be a mother and teaches me everyday how to be a better one. She loves her baby sister with all her heart and is a big helper to me. This little gal loves faeries and mushrooms. Her smile can light up a room. This one is super curious and has a heart open to learning about everything. She is going to help heal the world. I can just feel it. She is my little babushka.

Penelope bean. My four year old spitfire. She is such a goofball. Full of curious wonder for the world around her. This little gal is going light the world on fire. Her eyes are deep and her soul is fierce. She has a calming sense about her and has a lot to teach us all. Her favorite thing, is Tesla, our kitten. She snuggles him as much as possible and yanks his tail. This little gnome is a healer as well. She has definitely helped heal me. Watching her imagination grow is something I stand in awe of.
